LR PRODUCTS – MADE EXCLUSIVELY WITH THE HIGH-QUALITY LEAF FILLET
For our Aloe Vera Drinking Gels we use nothing but the pure leaf fillet of Aloe barbadensis Miller. The fillet can be found inside the leaf of the Aloe vera plant and is free from potentially harmful aloin* (hydroxyanthracene derivative, HAD). Aloin is a bitter-tasting substance in the outer rind of the leaf and latex layer of the Aloe vera plant. At our production plant, these components are carefully and completely removed in a strictly controlled process. Regardless of this, each batch of leaf fillets is checked for aloin residues after extraction and before processing at our state-of-the-art production facility in Germany. We also test the finished product again. To ensure supreme quality, our Aloe Vera Drinking Gels are subject to regular tests by independent authorities such as SGS Institut Fresenius. In addition, our production is audited at regular intervals. Our satisfied customers and the steadily increasing demand for our products are further proof of our quality.
PRODUCTION – SAFE AND SUSTAINABLE
LR has more than 18 years of experience in the field of producing Aloe Vera Drinking Gels and health supplements. Our high product standard begins with the cultivation of the plant in Mexico. The crop grows in arid regions and on poor soil and thus particularly enables communities in economically weak areas to make a living. The cultivation is sustainable and based on strictly controlled quality criteria. We use nothing but Aloe barbadensis Miller in LR products. After harvesting, the pure Aloe vera fillet is extracted from the Aloe vera leaves in a strictly controlled process:
At our state-of-the-art production facility in Ahlen, Germany, we process the aloin-free* leaf fillet into our versatile LR Aloe Vera Drinking Gels. Every production step – from the cultivation of the plant to the delivery of the finished product – is strictly monitored by independent institutes and internal quality checks.
